We are currently seeking a Sr. Account Director in our Atlanta market with a strong management consulting background and a proven track record of revenue management/generation. The Sr. Account Director will closely partner with our practice area leaders and business development team to oversee Thought Logic’s large managed accounts, provide quality assurance for consulting delivery, ensure client satisfaction, expand new revenue streams, and further develop the consultants.
What You Will Do
We are currently seeking a Sr. Account Director in our Atlanta market with a strong management consulting background and a proven track record of revenue management/generation. The Sr. Account Director will closely partner with our practice area leaders and business development team to oversee Thought Logic’s large managed accounts, provide quality assurance for consulting delivery, ensure client satisfaction, expand new revenue streams, and further develop the consultants.
What You Will Do
- Develop relationships with Thought Logic’s clients and key targets to grow sales
- Oversee a portfolio of larger managed accounts across the Atlanta market
- Partner with Thought Logic’s practice area leaders and business development leaders to continue to grow managed accounts and help to identify and align consultants to deliver exceptional results
- Accountable for driving proposal development across our teams and clearly presenting consultant staffing needs across the accounts serviced
- Provide people management to consultants and/or account leaders and career coaching/guidance
- Master in Thought Logic’s offerings and breadth of services
- Continue to grow and develop Thought Logic’s professional network throughout the market
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree is a plus
- 12 years of experience in professional services, management consulting or advisory services domain. Prior Big 4 experience is highly desired.
- 5 years of revenue generation experience in management consulting industry
- Demonstrated experience expanding opportunities in existing accounts and building multi-year partnerships
- Demonstrated experience solutioning, delivering and generated new opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to develop proposals and sell business solutions to clients
- Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships through effective communication and a solution-oriented approach
