Key Responsibilities:
Adventure in Every Interaction: Lead – Teach, train, and direct the development of personnel.
The Art of Communication: Assist in developing strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and increase profitability.
Curators of the Store Experience: Assist the Store Manager in maximizing profitability by managing all aspects of store operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Previous Supervisory Experience is Required.
Previous Grocery Experience is Preferred.
Must be willing to relocate to a remote location at the end of training.
