Medical Receptionist (Orthopedic Clinic) Full-Time Position Available

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance.
- Ensure patient information is accurate including billing information.
- Answer incoming calls and deal with inquiries.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Collect co-pays and payments.
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post.
- Complete other clerical duties as assigned.
- Ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean.
- Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or GED.
- Previous clinical or medical office experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to problem solve.
- Able to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, flexibility and be able to adjust to patient flows.
