About the Role
As a Customer Service Trainer, you’ll play a vital role in educating and supporting our customer service, sales, and events teams. From organizing interactive training sessions to providing one-on-one coaching, you’ll help ensure the success of our events while equipping team members with the skills they need to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customer service representatives, sales associates, and events teams to generate sales leads and drive success at events. Organize and deliver training sessions on product features, sales techniques, and customer interactions. Conduct role-playing activities to build interpersonal skills, including negotiation, teamwork, and customer service. Identify individual and team skill gaps and create targeted training solutions. Schedule and lead regular training sessions (e.g., weekly, monthly, or quarterly). Work closely with managers to provide on-the-job coaching and support. Maintain updated training materials and records.
