This is an entry level position where you will initially join the event sales team and learn the business from the ground up.

Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Trainer to join us at an entry level and help educate our support, sales and customer service teams by providing interactive training sessions and 1-1 support. Our Customer Service Trainer responsibilities include working alongside our customer service representatives, sales associates and events team to ensure the overall success of our events.
Office based duties will also include facilitating on-the-job coaching, developing educational material and organizing training sessions for new hires. If you’re familiar with or feel you have the ability to teach soft skills like sales skills, negotiation, problem-solving and customer satisfaction, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will make sure our customer service representatives develop their skills and successfully address clients’ needs.
Responsibilities
- Work with customer service representatives, sales associates and events team to generate sales leads at our events
- Organize training sessions about product features and sales techniques
- Conduct role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills (e.g. negotiation, teamwork and sales techniques)
- Identify individual and team skills gaps
- Schedule regular training sessions (e.g. weekly, monthly or quarterly)
- Liaise with managers and encourage on-the-job coaching (e.g. how to handle difficult client cases)
- Maintain updated records of training curricula and material
Requirements
- Drive and determination to progress
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
- Candidates will need to be over the age of 18
