The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crisis Program Coordinator who embodies our core values of Compassion, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, Collaboration, and Innovation. The Crisis Program Coordinator will report to the Crisis Program Manager and play a crucial role in managing the operations and coordination of crisis response, outreach, and prevention services. This role is essential for ensuring effective day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of documentation and service delivery. The Coordinator will also provide direct service to individuals in crisis as needed.

Qualifications:
· Licensure: QMHP or LPHA certification required.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a mental health or social services environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Personal experience with mental health or substance use services is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work well with diverse populations.
- Experience in advocating for and linking clients to community resources.
- Ability to manage high-stress situations with calm and professionalism.
· Treatment skills in the areas of mental health assessment, treatment plan development, and individual, family and group counseling with youth and adults.
- Possession and maintenance of a valid state driver’s license and documentation of current insurance coverage.
Schedule:
- Flexibility: Must work 4-5 days per week, including at least two evening days.
Salary:
· Master's Degree and First Level License (LPC, LSW) $55,000-$57,000
· Master's Degree and Second Level License (LCPC, LCSW) $57,000-$60,000
