Are you scrappy? Have you been nominated as MVP before? We are seeking a highly motivated and action-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Product team as one of our first hires. You will be a key part of the team that shapes and guides our companys strategic vision for our Cybersecurity training programs. You will constantly be creating assets and data sheets for a variety of audiences and act as a thought partner for the executive leadership team. You will be shoulder-to-shoulder with us in the trenches and if that excites you, read on.
Responsibilities :
Asset creation
Develop high-quality marketing and sales collateral, including :
Product datasheets, brochures, and one-pagers
Website copy, blog posts, and case studies
Presentations and sales decks
Social media content and campaigns
New product launches
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new and existing Cybersecurity training programs.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
Create compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
Market research & analysis
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
Track competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Analyze market data and customer feedback to inform product strategy and marketing decisions.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on marketing campaign effectiveness.
Sales enablement
Develop and deliver sales training materials and resources.
Support the sales team with product knowledge, competitive intelligence, and sales tools.
Collaborate with sales to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
Pricing & packaging
Assist in developing and implementing pricing strategies for cyber education, beginner and advanced certification, and degree programs.
Package programs effectively to meet customer needs and maximize revenue.
Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in product marketing roles.
Strong understanding of the Cybersecurity industry and the EdTech landscape. (Experience working in higher education is a plus but not necessary.)
Creative thinking in order to create marketing-leading packaging and pricing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
