*Responsibilities*
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized medical treatment plans based on clients needs.
- Provide ongoing client care, including medication management
- Collaborate with staff to coordinate follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records using electronic health record systems Azzly.
- Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health.
- Current certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Current and active DEA and NPI number.
- Strong knowledge in patient care standards.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to psychiatric practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care to diverse patient populations.
Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
