Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, designing, and implementing effective behavioral interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to implement effective behavioral interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation related to patient care and treatment progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and families, to ensure cohesive care strategies.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Monitor patient progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Advocate for clients’ needs within the healthcare system and community resources.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disorders.
