About the Job:

We are looking to hire a full-time Program Manager to oversee and manage the daily requirements and regulations for our facility. This role will also be responsible for leading and training the Behavioral Health Technicians and well as the Clinical Team. Schedule is Sunday to Thursday (or possibly Tuesday to Saturday).

This is a salaried position starting at $85,000 annual salary contingent on experience and qualifications.

Prior experience working at a medical detox and residential SUD's inpatient facility is required. Must have a full understanding of medication pass, vital signs and CIWAS. Must have detailed knowledge of DHCS and JACHO requirements. must be very well-versed in all clinical requirements. Must have Kipu experience.

Job Duties:

Job duties include managing and overseeing all compliance-related items. Also includes overseeing clinical documentation, medication pass, vitals and CIWAS. Train the other BHT's to follow company protocol. Manage the BHT's, administrative tasks, administering care to clients, ensuring the facility runs on time for all appointments, groups, and activities. Leading and training the other BHT's. Other duties include: clinical oversight, leading groups, documentation, computer work, facility management, scheduling, schedule updates, staff management, intakes, discharges, group notes documentation, group facilitation, inventory tracking, transportation and more.

Clarification: this is NOT a job for a counselor. You will NOT be counseling the clients. Your primary role is to manage and train the BHT's, do paperwork, follow company policies & procedures, and perform assigned tasks.
