Executive Assistant to the VP of Operations
As the Executive Assistant to the VP of Operations at a luxury yacht manufacturer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Operations team. You will provide high-level administrative support, manage complex schedules, and facilitate effective communication within the organization. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will be essential in supporting the VP of Operations in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Executive Assistant to the VP of Operations
Responsibilities:
- High-Level Administrative Support: Manage the VP of Operations schedule, coordinate meetings, and handle communications.
- Operational Assistance: Support the VP in managing daily operations, including preparing reports and tracking project progress.
- Strategic Assistance: Assist with project management, prepare reports, and help the VP of Operations with strategic planning.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Communication Management: Draft and review emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the VP of Operations.
- Meeting Preparation: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing departmental events, meetings, and conferences.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize important documents and records.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the VP and other departments, ensuring smooth communication.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting senior level executives.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills; proficiency in office software.
