Tiello has partnered with a Commercial Security Integrator in the industrial and commercial space located in the Cleveland area. We are currently looking to hire an Account Manager to help expand the operations.
Job Title: Account Manager (Commercial Security Systems)
Project Types: Commercial, Healthcare, Office Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Mixed-Use, Retail, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site visits to client locations for in-depth understanding of their operations and technology infrastructure.
- Perform quarterly business reviews to review current performance, address concerns, and identify areas for enhancement.
- Develop, negotiate, and execute Managed Service Agreements that align with client objectives and service level expectations.
- Ensure compliance with Managed Service agreements obligations and continuously seek opportunities for service improvement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create detailed Statements of Work for upgrades and additional services.
- Provide training and support to ensure clients maximize the benefits of implemented solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services that meet client needs and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with design and operations team members to present value propositions effectively.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience selling access control, IP video, alarm, HVAC, or Building Automation Systems
- Technical understanding of some or all of the above systems
