Description : As the leader of the accounting department, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, its subsidiaries, and related companies. Your success will be predicated upon your ability to inspire and develop your team, converting data into actionable information and providing exceptional customer service throughout the organization.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the accounting team, being accountable for their performance, development, and support of our business
- Assist with setting department objectives, prioritizing initiatives, and identifying key performance indicators
- Oversee and support day-to-day accounting activities of the business
- Be accountable for accounting systems and processes, ensuring appropriate internal controls, streamlined operations, and data conversion into valuable insights
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and accurate reflection of operations in financial reports
