Job Summary
We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Job Coach/Community Inclusion Coach to join our team! This is a full-time position designed for someone who is committed to guiding individuals through employment and community inclusion opportunities.

Duties
- · Develop and implement individualized employment and community engagement plans based on each person’s strengths, interests, and goals.
· Provide hands-on job coaching and workplace support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them succeed in their roles.
· Partner with local businesses and employers to establish and maintain inclusive job opportunities.
· Teach and reinforce essential workplace and life skills, including communication, time management, and professionalism.
· Support individuals in participating in meaningful community activities that enhance their independence and social integration.
· Advocate for individuals by ensuring necessary accommodations and ongoing support in both employment and community settings.
· Monitor and document progress, maintaining detailed case notes and providing regular updates to families, employers, and support teams.
Requirements
- Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and promoting inclusion.
- Experience in job coaching, vocational training, disability services, or related fields (preferred but not required).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Creativity and adaptability in tailoring supports to individuals’ needs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
- Ability to pass background checks and complete necessary training.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
