At Tiff's Treats, hiring the right people is the key to our success, and the Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in making that happen. This role partners closely with business leaders across multiple business units, including corporate teams and field operations, to understand hiring needs and develop thoughtful recruiting strategies that support both immediate and long-term growth. Responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for salaried positions and overseeing hourly hiring efforts, this specialist focuses on finding and engaging top talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building. As part of an in-house talent acquisition team, this role is dedicated to strengthening our workforce by bringing in great people and ensuring a smooth hiring process from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner closely with corporate and field operations leaders to align recruiting strategies with hiring needs and business goals.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and field leadership roles, handling everything from job postings and interviews to offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Oversee hourly hiring efforts by working closely with Store and District Managers to develop proactive recruitment strategies tailored to each location’s unique needs.
- Train and guide field leadership across multiple locations on effective hiring practices, empowering them to build strong, high-performing teams.
- Identify and connect with great candidates through internal databases, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Promote career opportunities and hiring events across multiple channels to attract and engage top talent while reinforcing our employer brand.
- Build relationships with universities, community organizations, and industry networks to develop a strong pipeline of future talent, with a focus on both corporate and field-based roles across multiple locations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear, timely communication and providing a seamless hiring journey.
- Track and report recruiting metrics to measure success and continuously improve hiring processes.
- Stay up to date on hiring trends, industry best practices, and employment regulations to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Take part in hiring-related projects and contribute to initiatives that make our talent acquisition team stronger and more effective.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a preference for corporate or in-house talent acquisition backgrounds supporting both corporate and field operations across multiple locations.
- Experience managing hiring across multiple business units, collaborating with hiring managers to meet a variety of hiring needs.
- Strong ability to build relationships with corporate leaders, field management teams, and cross-functional partners to drive an effective hiring process.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to identify top talent.
- Knowledge of employment laws, hiring best practices, and workforce planning strategies within an in-house recruitment function.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple positions across various locations.

Physical Requirements:
- Repetitive motion of the wrists, arms, and hands.

- Must be available to work during our busiest days of the year, such as but not limited to Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine's Day ("All Hands on Deck" Days).

- Ability to take visual and audible cues, and willing to follow written & verbal instructions in a loud & busy kitchen environment
