Transactional Real Estate Attorney

Our firm is looking for a transactional real estate attorney. The ideal candidate:

• Will have 2 years of experience in real estate, particularly in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing;
• Will be able to draft, review, advise on, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and other real estate related documents;
• Have some corporate law experience, e.g., drafting and reviewing operating agreements, forming entities, etc.;
• Have the ability to resolve title related issues affecting real property;
• Be self-motivated and have the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills; and
• Have the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
