Overview of Role
The Account Director of Client Services is a critical client partner liaison responsible for directing strategic leadership, effective communication, business acumen, accountability, and a vision for a portfolio of accounts.
The Account Director will leverage industry experience, sponsorship knowledge, and data-driven skills to drive innovative thinking and deliver a work product of the highest quality that goes above and beyond client expectations.
The Account Director supervises a Client Services team and ensures the clients’ scope of work is completed successfully with the highest level of expertise and accuracy. The Account Director will lead and mentor a team of Client Services professionals, ensuring a collaborative, motivated, and adaptable dynamic team while fostering strength-based growth and positive morale.
The Account Director is actively involved in executing work while supervising a client services team. This position reports to the VP of Client Services & Insights.
Client Services Responsibilities
- Direct all aspects of clients’ scope of work, providing excellent client service while maximizing business opportunities for clients and Tigris.
- Initiate, implement, and inspire a big-picture vision around a portfolio of accounts.
- Create, develop, and lead client presentations, showing confidence while actively listening to the client.
- Execution of day-to-day client deliverables, including presentations, POVs, documentation, client activity administration, etc.
- Seek revenue growth by anticipating client needs and proactively presenting innovative ideas.
- Lead internal and external brainstorming sessions.
- Establish and grow strong relationships with senior client stakeholders by working with clients to expand exposure to Tigris work.
- Own responsibility for in-person, face time with client(s) multiple times throughout the year.
- Work with the Analytics team to gauge KPIs to determine performance, then relate actionable next steps to clients.
- Produce/oversee timely, accurate, and effective weekly client performance recommendations and quarterly business reviews.
- Manage multi-faceted teams, delegate work appropriately, and ensure the team remains challenged and inspired.
- Actively assist in facilitating departmental workshops to help expand the Client Services team skillset.
- Manage Development Planning and Annual Reviews to propel progress among the Client Services team.
- Support Business Development efforts when called upon by the President.

Role Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or graduate degree in a related field
- Minimum 6 years of industry experience
- Local to Denver, Colorado
