Position Summary : We are seeking a results-driven Capture Manager to lead the pursuit of strategic opportunities and drive the success of federal contract acquisitions. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored capture strategies, ensuring alignment with business development priorities, and leading proposal efforts to secure competitive and sole-source contracts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a deep understanding of federal procurement processes, and demonstrate exceptional leadership in managing cross-functional teams to deliver winning proposals
Responsibilities :
- Lead the capture process for high-value opportunities, managing all activities from opportunity qualification through proposal submission.
- Develop and implement customized capture plans, including win strategies, competitor analysis, and client engagement tactics.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure alignment of pipeline opportunities with organizational priorities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including federal agency representatives, teaming partners, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with internal and external proposal teams, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and timely submission of proposals.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the capture process while ensuring resources are efficiently allocated.
- Create and manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables for capture efforts.
- Oversee the preparation of proposal artifacts, including executive summaries, technical volumes, pricing strategies, and compliance matrices.
- Continuously refine capture and proposal processes to improve win rates and operational efficiency.

Work Environment :
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work : This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you’ll periodically work from a Tigua or client site facility.
