Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of fragrance consultants to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a positive work environment and foster a culture of professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
- Lead by example, demonstrating expertise in fragrance blending, client interactions, and sales techniques.
Perfume Workshops & Customer Experience:
- Guide clients through the fragrance creation process, explaining fragrance families and assisting them in blending their signature scent.
- Provide a welcoming, fun, and educational atmosphere for guests of all backgrounds.
- Handle VIP experiences, group events, and special workshops with a high level of professionalism.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
Sales & Business Growth:
- Drive retail sales by promoting Tijon’s luxury products, including perfumes, skincare, and candles.
- Implement upselling strategies and train staff to enhance revenue opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports to senior management with insights and recommendations.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, social media engagement, and special event promotions to increase brand awareness and customer traffic.
Operations & Inventory Management:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked workspace, ensuring all materials are available for workshops.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and retail products, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational protocols.
Qualifications:
- Management Experience: 1 years of experience in a leadership role within retail, hospitality, or a luxury service industry.
- Customer Service Expertise: Strong background in delivering high-quality guest experiences.
- Sales & Business Acumen: Proven ability to drive sales and meet business objectives.
