We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food handling and service, and managing staff effectively to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth service delivery in all areas including banquet and catering functions.
• Manage inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices in hospitality, food handling, and customer service.

• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of food preparation and service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records as required.

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, and safety regulations.
• Experience with inventory control
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and motivate a diverse team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
