About our team:
The Administration department is the owner of Support Services of the company, which provides competitive administrative services to the business departments and employees.
Workplace Experience
- Lead and develop a Workplace Services team that will be responsible for delivering a high class experience to all guests and employees.
- Serve as point person for all office staff on issues related to office services and maintenance, including review and follow-up on work orders and providing information on project status to relevant staff.
- Oversee concierge services, conference room bookings, client office visits as well as client catering/event experience.
- Partner and develop strong relationships with all key business partners including local Business leaders, IT, HRBPs, Finance, and Procurement.
- Scale our services to support the future growth of the organization and improve our collaboration with key vendors and internal business partners.
- Proactively partner with key vendors and operate a detailed KPI and SLA structure to ensure continued service improvement
- Manage the local workplace budget by accurately tracking and recording all office spending.
- Manage all faciltiy maintenance programs with local partners to further process development, asset cycles & repairs, and keep local codes up to date.
- Oversee and manage the oversight of physical security controls and janitorial services for the building.
- Provide support for local real estate projects, upcoming office moves, setting up new services and being liaison between the internal and external stakeholders.
- Manages all aspects of office communications for social events and employee announcements in a manner that is consistent with TikTok values.
- In partnership with the OCEB teams, support the logistics, planning and all facility related items for internal events that promote employee engagement, and create a sense of community.
- 5 years of work management experience in facilities, hospitality or business operations.
- Prior experience supporting a high growth, large-scale facility.
- Construction experience is a plus.
- Facilities or Building Operations & Management background preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
- Self starter; requires minimal supervision, is proactive, and can report to a remote manager.
- Must be an empathetic leader with minimum of 5 years of prior experience coaching and developing team members.
- Proficient in maintaining cooperative working relationships inside and outside of the organization.
- Must possess exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Must have a great can do attitude and willingness to complete the job.

- Ability to work onsite at our Culver city campus or Mountain View campus.
