Accounts Payable Clerk
This individual is responsible for the technical and administrative accounting work in maintaining Timac’s Accounts Payable records.
Essential Job Functions
· Reviewing and Processing Expense Reports through Concur.
· Vendor Set-up/Maintenance
· Reconciling Vendor Statements
· Processing Invoices: Receiving, opening, and logging invoices, and verifying their accuracy and completeness.
· Analyzing invoices and expenses reports to make sure general ledgers accounts and correct cost centers are being used.
· Paying Bills: Paying bills on time and obtaining approvals/signatures.
· Print/Match/Mail Weekly A/P Checks
· Manual (Online) Payment Entry
· A/P Filing & File Maintenance
· Filling out vendor credit applications
· Mail- picking up, opening, and sorting
· Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
