What are the responsibilities and job description for the Worm Production - Caretaker: Monday-Friday position at Timberline Fisheries Corp?
New employees will be instructed on the proper procedures:
- Proper setup and placement of grow pans
- Proper measure of feed, potato, and burlap placement
- Proper quantity of beetles and pupas per pan
- Proper date coding of pan placements
- Cutting potato and preparing worm shipping boxes
- Measuring and filling of worm shipping boxes using appropriate measures
- Cleaning and debugging of worms prior to filling boxes
- Sealing and transporting filled boxes to shipping
- Proper identification and sizing of each product
- Proper operating procedures on shakers
- Daily washing of equipment
- Daily cleaning of entire department
Sunday: OFF
Monday: 7:30a-4:30p with 1 hour lunch
Tuesday: 7:30a-4:30p with 1 hour lunch
Wednesday: 7:30a-4:30p with 1 hour lunch
Thursday: 7:30a-4:30p with 1 hour lunch
Friday: 7:30a-4:30p with 1 hour lunch
Saturday: OFF
