Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to join our leadership team. This individual will be responsible for managing our Account Managers, Outside Sales Person, and outside marketing resources. The Sales & Marketing Manager will drive the strategic direction, performance, and efficiency of our sales and marketing efforts. This role will play a critical part in achieving our business growth objectives by developing and executing effective sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and enhancing our brand presence in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Sales and Marketing team, including Account Managers and Outside Sales Person.
- Oversee and coordinate efforts with outside marketing resources and agencies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and implement necessary adjustments to achieve goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales and marketing reports, presentations, and proposals to senior management.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Manage the department budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that aligns with the company’s values and culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing management role, preferably within the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
