We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that engage children in learning activities.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a safe and respectful learning space.
- Provide individualized support to children with special needs or unique learning requirements.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Supervise daily activities, including playtime, meals, and nap times, ensuring the health and safety of all children.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive educational atmosphere.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills to effectively handle diverse groups of children.
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
- Ability to educate and engage children through creative activities and play-based learning.
