Tiny Town Enrichment Center is seeking Summer Childcare Teachers to join our team from May through early August. Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care and supervision for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years
- Implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and playtime
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Maintain a clean and organized space to ensure health and safety standards are met
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to create a meaningful summer experience for children
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior experience in childcare, early education, or working with young children is preferred
- Energetic, patient, and passionate about working with children
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced childcare environment
- Must pass background checks and meet state childcare licensing requirements
