About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to drive software implementation projects with Titan Cloud’s enterprise clients. As our Project Manager, your role will be to own, coordinate people and processes to ensure that our implementation projects are delivered on time and produce the desired outcomes. The ideal candidate is someone who can prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and thrives in working in a fast-paced enterprise SaaS environment.

What You’ll Do

• Work with clients and internal teams to understand customers' goals, existing workflows and design future state workflows using Titan Cloud’s software and services
• Scope and gather project requirements
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress
• Work closely with internal teams, such as, Implementation Managers, Product, Engineering and other teams to ensure project scope and requirements are executed with accuracy and speed
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
• Ensure change management within clients’ environments to maximize adoption of Titan Cloud’s solutions
• Provide regular updates internally on project status and appropriately escalate challenges to mitigate project risks

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field required.
• PMP certification preferred
• Four (4) or more years of project management experience is required
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong stakeholder management and proven success working with clients at all levels
• Strong business and technical acumen with prior experience rolling out complex enterprise software in a SaaS environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills both internally and externally
• Prior experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.
• Prior experience with environmental compliance, oil and gas industries a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
