We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to serve as a Marketing and Executive Support Specialist. This position combines marketing support with administrative excellence, making it ideal for someone with strong multitasking abilities and creative problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with executive leadership to manage communications, marketing initiatives, and administrative tasks that support the overall goals of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, design, and distribute the company’s monthly newsletter to employees
  • Create and Plan PowerPoint presentations and promotional materials for marketing campaigns, meetings, events
  • Oversee the company’s social media presence and digital reputation to ensure consistency in branding and tone
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance engagement
  • Create and manage content for blogs, videos, and online campaigns
  • Coordinate with employees for profile updates and post creation
  • Develop whitepapers, subject-matter expert content, marketing booklets, and multimedia materials (team resumes, portfolios)
  • Maintain brand elements, including email signatures, logos, templates, signage, and branded gear and apparel
  • Collaborate with finance to communicate key financial milestones and results to stakeholders
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including meeting coordination, organizing agendas, minutes, reports, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain and organize files, documents, and records for efficient retrieval
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role combining marketing and administrative duties
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media management tools
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
