Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Level 1 Engineer to join our Titanium Help Desk team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a customer-focused attitude.


Key Responsibilities:


Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Document and track all support requests in our ticketing system.

Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 engineers as needed.

Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.

Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:


Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
