Oklahoma Secured Title seeks a Business Development Manager with a proven track record, an understanding of insurance and real property concepts, and general knowledge of State Board of Insurance regulations. The successful candidate will work to produce title and escrow business for our company and will showcase professional communication skills on the phone, via email, and in person.
Candidate must be motivated and aggressive in building new client contacts and in promoting our products and services to existing and new agents. Being a team player is important both in and out of the office. This position requires adaptability, critical thinking, initiative, and integrity. Familiarity with various forms of technology is required.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
· Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their service needs; identifies and suggests services to meet those needs.
· Demonstrates the functions and utility of services to customers based on their needs.
· Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; works with leadership to resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
· Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new services and enhancements that may be of interest.
· Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
· Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
