About the Position:
The Trade Marketing Coordinator will work with trade, brand, field sales, and agencies to assist in the development of our On-Premise & Multicultural programs and plans. They will focus on supporting and tracking the development of commercially strong tactics, back end logistics and tools that are aligned with our brand, target consumers/shoppers and the key occasions we’re looking to leverage.
The role will help monitor and manage updates to a cohesive Trade Marketing master plan deck that encompasses all live and upcoming yearly programs as well as assist in the build out, consolidation, and reporting of trade marketing program surveys for field and sales feedback to further inform future program recommendations and success.
This role will coordinate consumer engagement logistics development across On-Premise & Multicultural workstreams as well as assist in Sell Tool development and finalization. This role acts as a mediator between Marketing teams in crafting selling and communication tools that help our Sales and Distributor teams continue to expand activation and execution in the On-Premise and Big Bet Markets.
Core Responsibilites:
Program Development Responsibilities:
- Work with and support Associate On-Premise Manager & Commercial Strategist in the planning and delivery of trade plans, programs and tools.
- Contribute to concepts, tactics, merchandising, program partnerships, & sell tool development and ideation
- Assist with managing team timelines, internal vs. external deliverables, and key development milestones.
- Coordinate On-Premise & Multicultural consumer engagement logistics across program calendars with vendors and partners as needed
- Lead coordination of assets, props and POS for photo/video shoots
- Assist Off-Premise Associate Manager with cross channel Sell Tool information consolidation and render development
- Assist in trafficking projects through internal teams and external partners and agencies
- Grow an understanding of legal guidelines and coordinate vetting process for programs, plans and tactics through HQ Legal teams.
Administrative and Organizational:
- Assist Off-Premise Associate Manager in managing a cohesive Trade Marketing master plan deck that encompasses all live and upcoming yearly programs
- Assist in build out, consolidation, and reporting of trade marketing program surveys for field and sales feedback to further inform future program recommendations and success
- Deliver brief and effective trade plan recaps with key insights and learnings for future programs
- Track and deliver notes, feedback, next steps and documentation of key trade, sales and field sales discussions
- Manage invoice submission across On-Premise & Commercial Strategy budgets
- Manage T&E budget and submission in accordance with team process

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Brand, Trade, Customer, Field Marketing or Advertising
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
- AlcBev Experience a plus
- Located in Austin, TX
- 5-10% Travel
