Logistics Coordinator

Titus Transport, a leading grocery transportation provider, seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily route operations in O'Fallon, MO. This role reports to the Lead Logistics Coordinator and Terminal Manager and ensures efficient, timely deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule, plan, and confirm deliveries using online tracking systems.
• Dispatch drivers, track locations, and manage paperwork.
• Assist with route optimization, staffing, and driver assignments.
• Handle customer and driver calls, record information, and communicate with relevant departments.
• Maintain asset schedules and assist with maintenance coordination.

Qualifications:

• Transportation experience, preferably in dispatching, is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, and customer focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently.
• US work authorization required.
