Production Supervisor – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and develop a high-performing production team, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
Utilize Power BI, DataParc, and production analytics tools to monitor and optimize KPIs, process efficiency, and throughput.
Oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment performance to reduce downtime.
Implement Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations in an outdoor industrial environment.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or heavy industrial operations.
✅ Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in process optimization & equipment troubleshooting.
✅ Ability to work in challenging environments (heat, cold, dust, and heights over 100 feet).
✅ Proven leadership skills with expertise in team management, decision-making, and problem-solving.
✅ Strong data analysis capabilities (Power BI, DataParc preferred) to drive production insights.
Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
