What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Dealership Accounting Office Assistant position at TLC Motors Inc.?
Independent Dealership looking for an experienced accounting department assistant who understands high volume dealership transactions, postings for accounts payables and accounts receivables. Must be proficient in dealership transactions such as, GL accounts associated with dealership accounting posting debits and credits. 4-Point Reconciliations. This candidate must be smart, articulate with excellent communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of DMS programs. Our current Dealer Management System is "AutoSoft". Job responsibilities include posting accts payables, accts receivables, helping close month end accounting related issues. Must be neat and professional and project a professional image for our employees! Must be well spoken and able to work directly with the Controller. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00. Compensation to be determined by work experience!
