POSITION OVERVIEW:
TLF’s Influencer Representative plays a crucial role within the Marketing Department and will have a primary focus supporting and executing on all influencer marketing and initiatives; this will include planning, strategy, and execution and all onsite and off-site platform social influencer content, recruitment, auditing, and collaboration negotiations and relationship management.
This position will be responsible for growing TLF’s influencer network and presence, management, and development of UGC (User Generated Content), driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and influencer referral sales.
As an expert in influencer marketing, recruitment, analytics, auditing, relationship management, and UGC; you will use your expert knowledge to leverage best practices to continuously optimize all influencer marketing efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE BELOW):
- Promote and support the TLF brand vision and goals with messaging across our influencer community to build and develop meaningful relationships
- Help implement a Global, cross-platform influencer marketing strategy, establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships through organic and sponsored content
- Contact new influencer opportunities daily and manage, retain, and grow new influencers as advocates of the brand managing 200-300 /- active influencers per month / per TLF Influencer Representative.
- Keen ability to identify and recruit talent that represents the brand and company goals by actively sourcing, researching, contacting, and negotiating with passionate customers, content creators, and influencers to develop strong partnerships
- Attending and aiding in managing logistics for field events where promotional products and event setup is required
- Negotiate payment and deliverable posting terms, implement Influencer strategy, develop campaign concepts, and execute all influencer and brand ambassador initiatives efficiently and cost-effectively and within budget.
- Innovate and enhance our influencer marketing approach, staying on top of the latest trends
- Help ideate and host influencer events and pop-ups, as well as execute social/digital activations for key brand launches
- Develop and plan promotional giveaways, grow engagement, and create and manage an ongoing promotional calendar for all influencer content and coordinate all SKU promotions so they coincide with pre-launches, new drops, product life cycles, and core evergreen campaigns
- Harness storytelling to leverage influencers to connect to brand objectives and consumer needs
- Responsible for tracking TLF Posts and influencer collaborations, and analyzing performance of influencer outreach, content, and conversion rates to estimate ROI and advise on best strategies
- Perform competitive analysis, industry research, and continually assess best practices and KPIs in a consistently changing landscape
- Help with the creation and evolution of campaign performance reports and dashboards to measure, report and assess the performance of all social marketing campaigns against defined KPIs and goals, working with various analytical tools to help inform decision-making and provide insights
- Influencer content management, approval, and content monitoring and social listening
- Research and analyze effective content, creative, and design concepts, and strategize, plan, and execute this vision with our internal content team and third-party influencers
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
- 2 years directly managing social media influencers for a consumer brand on all social platforms (work portfolio examples will need to be provided). Managing a minimum of 200-300 /- active influencers per month / per Influencer Representative
- Highly proficient and experienced with apps such as:
- Later Business / Enterprise (or similar software)
- Hootsuite Business / Enterprise (or similar software)
- Sprout Social Business / Enterprise (or similar software)
- Hashtag planners
- Google Analytics
- Google Trends
- Excel / Google Sheets
- IG / FB / Pinterest / Tik Tok / YouTube / Twitter / Analytics
- Grin (influencer and content relationship management software or similar software)
- Effective communication skills - both verbal and written in English (other languages are a plus) and content generation for social media, blogs, product copy, etc
- Influencer recruitment, negotiations, and management are required
- Previous experience managing substantial budgets
- Experience with paid and organic social content formats
- Passion for the activewear and fitness industry
- Lover of Pop Culture and always up-to-date on what's trending
- A creative-minded individual with the ability to conceive, articulate and produce innovative ideas for new content
- Highly proficient with data analysis and KPIs
- High attention to detail and an ability to predict audience behavior and preferences
- Ability to multitask, work in an extremely busy environment and remain positive and productive
- Self-starter; effective in managing projects from the ground up
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
