What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Production Coordinator – Home Textile position at TLI Home?
About the Job:
We are seeking a well-organized professional who has experience in home textile or apparel production, working with factories in India and/or China for sample development, costing, and timely production follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Manage overseas factory communication related to production orders – including sample approval, costing, production timelines, packaging, placing purchase orders
- Review PP and TOP samples
- Compare costing of different vendors
- Prepare Pricing/ Costing in MS Excel
- Knowledge of Logistics, Order Consolidation is a plus
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and effective time management
- A quick learner with strong logical and problem-solving skills to excel in production
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in textile production or merchandising within home textiles or apparel,
- Experience preparing Tech packs
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Knowledge of Mandarin or Hindi is a plus.
