TLV VALI is an investment fund specializing in validation processes and connecting startups with Design Partners to ensure impactful growth. We are focused on the most promising early-stage startups, primarily in the fields of Defence Tech, AI, Climatech, Agrotech, Cyber Security, and Organizational Productivity Solutions.
Position: VP of Sales.
Location: Hybrid (Physical presence required primarily in Miami, with nationwide outreach in the USA).

Responsibilities:
- Lead startups B2B sales efforts targeting large American and international corporations.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in various industries, including Defence Tech, AI, Climatech, Agrotech, Cyber Security, and Organizational Productivity Software.
- Identify and connect promising startups with potential clients to initiate pilot projects and convert them into paying customers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with startup teams to tailor solutions that meet the needs of enterprise clients.
- Represent TLV VALI at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and establish partnerships.
Requirements:
- 7 proven experience as a VP of Sales roles, with a strong B2B software and/or hardware sales track record.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Proven track record of successful sales within software and/or hardware environments, with a demonstrated ability to consistently drive profitable revenue growth.
- Extensive knowledge and network in the startup ecosystem, especially within Defence Tech, AI, Climate Tech, Agrotech, Cyber Security, and Organizational Productivity sectors.
- Strong connections with large American companies and global enterprises.
- Exceptional ability to connect startups with potential clients and facilitate pilot projects leading to long-term contracts.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
