Property Operations Assistant

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a valid driver's license, a driving record acceptable to TMAM, and access to reliable vehicle transportation for errands. The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and climb ladders up to 20 feet is also essential.

You must be able to communicate effectively in English and possess basic tools or be willing to obtain them prior to employment. Additionally, you should be available to attend mandatory meetings and seminars.
