What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Assistant position at TM3 Solutions Inc?
JOB DESCRIPTION :
This position will support the Quality Manager and the primary purpose of this position is to support the quality activities by reviewing, managing, and auditing records and all associated documentation within the company. This position is critical in ensuring compliance with quality standards such as CMMI and ISO.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Capture Leadership and Project Action Items during meetings and transfer to task tracking tool
- Provide time-management for scheduled meetings
- Plan and conduct Verification Audits and assign action items to Process Owners
- Follow up with Process Owners regarding the progress of assigned tasks
- Track Trend Logs and report during Quality Management meetings
- Manage Change Control Board email and update quality logs as needed
- Maintain and ensure the closure of all Continual Improvements, Changes Request and Document Reviews
- Maintain the Quality Management Site
- Conduct Configuration Management Baseline Audits
- Compile Measurements Reports from all projects
- Assist in Internal Audits
- Support additional projects
