Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Sales Representative to join our team in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Initiate sales calls to prospective or current clients to develop business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Prospect for leads through heavy cold-calling and relationship-building efforts.
- Manage accounts to drive revenue growth and meet performance targets.
Requirements
- Exceptional sales experience in phone sales, personal selling, and customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office software, with experience in Sales Automation, Customer Relationship Management, or web-based software programs.
- Ability to execute a vision, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results.
- Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships.
