Job Description
As an MSP Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling day-to-day technical issues and service requests. You’ll provide remote support for various software platforms and perform on-site visits when necessary. The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting both Windows and Mac environments, has AD) and local , and is eager to solve technical challenges creatively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for:
- Windows and macOS desktops/laptops
- iOS and Android mobile devices
- Microsoft Office, Exchange, QuickBooks, Adobe, SQL Server, ACT, CAD, and other common business applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows Server issues, including local
- Manage Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) environments (account setups, group policies, security settings, etc.)
- Perform on-site client support as needed
- Communicate directly with clients to assess problems, offer solutions, and ensure a positive experience
- Document all work performed within our ticketing system
- Collaborate with the team to implement best practices, share knowledge, and refine internal processes
Requirements
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency with Windows (desktop/server) and macOS
- Familiarity with iOS and Android devices
