Job Description:
1. Deploy and configure new PCs efficiently, ensuring hardware and software components are set up to meet user requirements. This includes the physical setup, including cabling, and peripherals.
2. Perform system imaging using the designated tools and methodologies. Ensure consistent and standardized PC images to streamline deployment.
3. Proficiently manage cloud resources and services, including virtual machines and cloud-based desktop solutions. Implement cloud security best practices to protect data and ensure compliance. Optimize cloud resources to manage costs effectively.
4. Provide exceptional customer support to end-users, addressing technical issues promptly and professionally. Communicate effectively with users, understanding their needs, and providing clear guidance. Document support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately. Educate end-users on best practices and security awareness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in desktop deployment, PC imaging, and cloud management.
- Strong technical proficiency in hardware, operating systems, imaging tools, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability with patience and professionalism.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
- Relevant certifications and a track record of delivering superior customer support.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work days and evenings (daily prep, evening deployments).
- Online HIPAA Compliance Class required.
Additional Information:
· Employment Type: Contract, Full-time (40 hours per week), Weekly Compensation
· Duration: 5-6 months (starts January 2, 2024)
