Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Delivery Assistant/Event Attendant. As an Delivery Assistant/Event Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our inflatable rental events. You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and dismantling inflatable attractions, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients and their guests.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport, set up, and secure inflatable attractions at event locations
- Perform routine safety inspections and maintenance checks on inflatables before and during events
- Monitor and supervise event attendees to ensure safe and appropriate use of inflatables
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients and event guests, addressing any questions or concerns
- Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of equipment before and after events
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient event operations
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event setup, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 100 pounds) and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred to become a driver
- Reliable means of transportation required
