Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and produce financial statements for all company funds, including ‘40 Act products, ‘33 Act products, hedge funds, and private funds.
- Manage the financial statement process, collaborating with Legal and auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare and review regulatory filings (SEC Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, ADV, and NFA filings).
- Develop documentation and checklists for financial reporting, supporting efficient, consistent reporting standards.
- Oversee daily NAV calculations and fund accounting activities across the product suite.
- Review and fulfill daily, monthly, and ad hoc fund information requests.
- Calculate and facilitate payment of management and performance fees, preparing summary reports for senior management.
- Support monthly fund performance reporting and identify opportunities for review process improvements, including automation.
- Lead special projects with a focus on enhancing operational efficiencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in fund accounting, audit, or fund administration.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; experience working with internal and external service providers.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with an interest in crypto and digital assets.
- Competitive salary of $150,000 - $175,000 plus equity.
