Qualifications
- Must have current/previous experience in Senior Living, serving as an ALF Executive Director, preferably with ALF Sales and Marketing expertise - and/or - previous ALF experience as an LPN Wellness Director (a huge plus)!
- Senior Living Management: 3 years of proven experience Leading as an Assisted Living Director (Required)
- Experience with opening a facility, definitely a plus!!

This Client is seeking an Executive Director to lead the team at our newly renovated facility in Newport News, VA.

The primary purpose of your job position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern assisted living facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
