- Negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters to secure the best coverage for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of policy changes and claims.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and renewal dates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations that may affect clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and recommend solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Experience in retail sales, telemarketing, or outside sales is advantageous.
