This position acquires new sales in lawn care and pest control by actively selling to leads and existing customers through incoming calls and outbound call campaigns.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound call campaigns and emails.
- Understands customers’ needs and requirements.
- Maintains excellent knowledge of all service lines and positions lawn care and pest control services based on customer needs.
- Conducts telemarketing campaigns for cancelled clients, pest control, grub control, client property visits, aeration, and tree & shrub care.
- Closes sales to achieve monthly & quarterly goals.
- Tracks sources of all incoming calls for marketing purpose.
- Follows-up with cancelled clients.
- Utilizes property measurement software to estimate as needed.
- Sets appointments for Account Manager on calls, as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma/GED
- Specialized education and training in applications sales and/or marketing beneficial
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service capacity, or related field
- Computer and phone skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to travel.
