Tommy’s is looking for a skilled Warehouse Production at our Tommy Car Wash Systems Corporate Office in Holland MI, you will be responsible for pre-assembly of our state-of-the-art stainless steel car wash arches, signage, pod assembly, loading and unloading shipments, and general warehouse responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities:
- Assemble Car Wash Equipment Finished Product
- Picking Finished Product for Full Equipment Packages
- Maintain a Neat, Clean, and Orderly Warehouse Facility as Instructed
- Complete General Housekeeping and Production Duties as Assigned
Position Qualifications & Candidate Attributes:
- Neat and organized
- Physically able to load and unload full trucks with intensity - able to stand and move quickly for 8-10 hours each day, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with assembly, utilizing basic hand and power tools / equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, experience welding and fabricating a plus
- Able to work as part of a team to meet production deadlines
- Attention to detail and a great attitude must be brought to work each day
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and lift test
Work Environment
This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets along with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse / assembly tools and functions.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member must be able to:
- Talk and listen
- Frequently stand and wok in a fast-paced environment where they will often be multitasking
- Lift between 50 - 70 lbs
- Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Able to move about inside the warehouse
- Be able to drive, go up heights
- Ability to work and commute in all weather conditions
- Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as; calculator, copy machine and printer
- Able to effectively communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information
- Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers.
- Tolerate vibrating tools and louder than normal work environment at times.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day.
