Pay Range
USD $46,000.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr.
- This position location is flexible to work at our Corporate Headquarters office in Ithaca, NY, or Batavia, NY, Brewster, NY or Wyomissing, PA. Selected candidate must be able to work in the office three (3) days a week.***
Responsibilities
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including:
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Email Marketing
- Social Media
- Paid Media
- Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, working closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure that all materials adhere to industry regulations and are reviewed in a timely manner.
- Under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Strategy Manager, this position will collaborate with marketing counterparts to determine and execute strategies for client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Use data analytics tools to measure performance and refine campaigns for continuous improvement.
- Support the execution of Tompkins’ social media strategy.
- Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and product updates.
- Leverage A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring the timely and consistent release of content across all digital platforms.
- Ensure all digital marketing content and campaigns are aligned with the brand voice and tone and meet regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and implement them into the marketing strategy, as necessary.
- Develop insights and make recommendations to management based on data to optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Track KPIs, including website traffic, conversion rates, lead generation, and customer engagement, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Support market-based initiatives in accordance with business development strategy.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required. A certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, or a related area preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years in digital marketing is required, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM strategies, social media management, email marketing, and paid media campaigns preferred.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and SEM campaign management.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot) preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments, including Compliance and Legal.
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
