What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator / IT & Network Support / Customer Service position at Toner Technologies, Inc.?
As an Office Administrator & Customer Support Person with our company, you will need to answer incoming calls and emails in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. We require someone with proficient phone and email composition skills in addition to excellent customer service. We also need someone with basic IT / Network knowledge to assist our customers with minor Network issues when connecting our copiers & printers. The position demands someone with outstanding phone and computer skills who is able to learn quickly, work independently, and have fast typing skills and the ability to be neat and organized. Day to day you will be asked to:
- Prepare Invoices & handle accounts receivable
- Provide basic IT & Network Support for our Copiers & Printers
- Answer Phones - Take and process incoming orders
- Gather information from potential Customers on their copier needs
- Provide information to customers on Copiers that we offer
- Prepare & manage copier service calls for our techs
- Reply to incoming emails
- Package, ship and receive orders as they come in
- Handle basic service requests via phone
- Assist with Copier Deliveries
- Provide phone Support / Troubleshooting common printer / copier issues
- Filing & keeping the office organized
The successful applicant will fit the following requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Skill and comfort operating Windows-based applications
- Excellent customer service
- Viable means of transportation
Full time - M-F 9:00am to 5:00pm.
